Yes. We welcome social and non-playing members who would like to enjoy the facilities, take part in club events and support the club without playing bowls.
Non-playing membership provides an opportunity to become part of the club community, make new friends and enjoy the social side of club life. Many members join to support a partner or family member who bowls, while others simply enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and varied programme of social activities.
If you would like to find out more about non-playing membership, please contact us and we will be happy to explain the options available.

Yes. We offer a range of coaching opportunities for both new and existing bowlers. During the winter months, indoor coaching sessions are held on Tuesdays at the Lammas Leisure Centre in Sutton-in-Ashfield, while a programme of outdoor coaching is available at the start of the summer season.
Junior coaching sessions are also held on Saturday mornings, providing younger players with the opportunity to learn the game and develop their skills in a safe and supportive environment.
All coaches are registered with the English Bowls Coaches Society and hold enhanced DBS clearance, giving members and parents confidence that coaching is delivered to the highest standards.
