Clubroom Hire
Mansfield Bowling Club has been part of the town for generations, and our clubhouse provides a welcoming and practical venue for local groups, meetings, social occasions and suitable private functions.
The main clubroom can be hired on its own, with a range of optional facilities available including kitchen use, a licensed bar, sound equipment and a digital projector and screen. Whether you are organising a regular group meeting, a one-off event or a small celebration, we are happy to discuss what you need and whether the clubhouse is suitable.

Kitchen Facilities
As the clubhouse is a public health area, the hirer will need to nominate up to six eligible people to work in the kitchen area.
Licensed Bar
The bar closes at 10.30pm, with a further 30 minutes allowed for drinking up.
Sound & PA Equipment
Projector & Screen
Hirers should provide their own laptop computer.
Drinks
No alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks may be brought onto the premises. Drinks must be purchased through the Club where bar facilities are in use.
Holding Deposit
A £25 holding deposit is required when making a booking. This is offset against the total letting charge.
